Congratulations to our first graduating class!!!
Here is a picture of our first graduating class, June 2018. I’m pleased to see that you men have kept up with your daily practice of Wilderness Meditation and many of you are finding the field journals helpful. So here is my question. Has it made a difference in how you are showing up each day in your lives and relationships? All comments (and parts) are welcome.
Its made a remarkable difference in my life! Im noticing a new level of resilience I didnt have when facing lifes challenges.
Alan -The wilderness experience provided a good introduction to the work that needs to be practiced….. the more frequent the practice the more frequent the experiences of wellbeing.
Experiencing nature with other men who have a common goal of achieving well being provided the necessary encouragement to continue with this practice.
My feelings of wellbeing have now extended beyond my meetings with those who participated in the wilderness weekend, to include my family and in certain instances with my co-workers. The more frequent feelings of wellbeing have now become a mayor motivator to continue with the practice.
I’m glad you’re feeling rewarded for your commitment and Courage to pursue this work and for your undying support of our Wilderness Men’s group.
